Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order in accordance with the policy outlined below.

 

Returns

  • You have 28 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Please note: If the security label is removed, this return policy is void. 

 

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

  • We currently do offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.

 

 

International Orders (EU & North America)

  • The same return window applies (28 days from delivery).

  • Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with their return shipment.
